CVE-2026-25506 2 Debian, Opensuse 2 Debian Linux, Munge 2026-02-25 N/A 7.7 HIGH
MUNGE is an authentication service for creating and validating user credentials. From 0.5 to 0.5.17, local attacker can exploit a buffer overflow vulnerability in munged (the MUNGE authentication daemon) to leak cryptographic key material from process memory. With the leaked key material, the attacker could forge arbitrary MUNGE credentials to impersonate any user (including root) to services that rely on MUNGE for authentication. The vulnerability allows a buffer overflow by sending a crafted m ...

CVE-2026-25061 2 Debian, Digitalcorpora 2 Debian Linux, Tcpflow 2026-02-25 N/A 7.5 HIGH
tcpflow is a TCP/IP packet demultiplexer. In versions up to and including 1.61, wifipcap parses 802.11 management frame elements and performs a length check on the wrong field when handling the TIM element. A crafted frame with a large TIM length can cause a 1-byte out-of-bounds write past `tim.bitmap[251]`. The overflow is small and DoS is the likely impact; code execution is potential, but still up in the air. The affected structure is stack-allocated in `handle_beacon()` and related handlers. ...

When doing HTTP(S) transfers, libcurl might erroneously use the read callback (`CURLOPT_READFUNCTION`) to ask for data to send, even when the `CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS` option has been set, if the same handle previously was used to issue a `PUT` request which used that callback. This flaw may surprise the application and cause it to misbehave and either send off the wrong data or use memory after free or similar in the subsequent `POST` request. The problem exists in the logic for a reused handle when ...

CVE-2025-22042 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-02-13 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: add bounds check for create lease context Add missing bounds check for create lease context.
CVE-2025-38501 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-02-13 N/A 5.5 MEDIUM

This patch limit repeated connections from clients with the same IP.
CVE-2025-37947 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-02-13 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: prevent out-of-bounds stream writes by validating *pos ksmbd_vfs_stream_write() did not validate whether the write offset (*pos) was within the bounds of the existing stream data length (v_len). If *pos was greater than or equal to v_len, this could lead to an out-of-bounds memory write. This patch adds a check to ensure *pos is less than v_len before proceeding. If the condition fails, -EINVAL is returned.
CVE-2025-37778 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-02-13 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: Fix dangling pointer in krb_authenticate krb_authenticate frees sess->user and does not set the pointer to NULL. It calls ksmbd_krb5_authenticate to reinitialise sess->user but that function may return without doing so. If that happens then smb2_sess_setup, which calls krb_authenticate, will be accessing free'd memory when it later uses sess->user.

CVE-2025-26466 3 Canonical, Debian, Openbsd 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Openssh 2026-02-10 N/A 5.9 MEDIUM
A flaw was found in the OpenSSH package. For each ping packet the SSH server receives, a pong packet is allocated in a memory buffer and stored in a queue of packages. It is only freed when the server/client key exchange has finished. A malicious client may keep sending such packages, leading to an uncontrolled increase in memory consumption on the server side. Consequently, the server may become unavailable, resulting in a denial of service attack.
