CVE-2025-38087 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-19 N/A 7.8 HIGH
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: fix use-after-free in taprio_dev_notifier Since taprio’s taprio_dev_notifier() isn’t protected by an RCU read-side critical section, a race with advance_sched() can lead to a use-after-free. Adding rcu_read_lock() inside taprio_dev_notifier() prevents this.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sunrpc: handle SVC_GARBAGE during svc auth processing as auth error tianshuo han reported a remotely-triggerable crash if the client sends a kernel RPC server a specially crafted packet. If decoding the RPC reply fails in such a way that SVC_GARBAGE is returned without setting the rq_accept_statp pointer, then that pointer can be dereferenced and a value stored there. If it's the first time the thread has processed an RPC, th ...

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: imx-jpeg: Align upwards buffer size The hardware can support any image size WxH, with arbitrary W (image width) and H (image height) dimensions. Align upwards buffer size for both encoder and decoder. and leave the picture resolution unchanged. For decoder, the risk of memory out of bounds can be avoided. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/radeon: fix potential buffer overflow in ni_set_mc_special_registers() The last case label can write two buffers 'mc_reg_address[j]' and 'mc_data[j]' with 'j' offset equal to SMC_NISLANDS_MC_REGISTER_ARRAY_SIZE since there are no checks for this value in both case labels after the last 'j++'. Instead of changing '>' to '>=' there, add the bounds check at the start of the second 'case' (the first one already has it). Also ...
