A user can use a rest.php/checkuser/v0/useragent-clienthints/revision/ URL to store an arbitrary number of rows in cu_useragent_clienthints, leading to a denial of service.

In Helix Core versions prior to 2023.2, an unauthenticated remote Denial of Service (DoS) via the commit function was identified. Reported by Jason Geffner. 

Using go get to fetch a module with the ".git" suffix may unexpectedly fallback to the insecure "git://" protocol if the module is unavailable via the secure "https://" and "git+ssh://" protocols, even if GOINSECURE is not set for said module. This only affects users who are not using the module proxy and are fetching modules directly (i.e. GOPROXY=off).

On Windows, The IsLocal function does not correctly detect reserved device names in some cases. Reserved names followed by spaces, such as "COM1 ", and reserved names "COM" and "LPT" followed by superscript 1, 2, or 3, are incorrectly reported as local. With fix, IsLocal now correctly reports these names as non-local.

A lack of input validation exists in tac_plus prior to commit 4fdf178 which, when pre or post auth commands are enabled, allows an attacker who can control the username, rem-addr, or NAC address sent to tac_plus to inject shell commands and gain remote code execution on the tac_plus server.

The application suffers from improper access control when editing users. A user with read permissions can manipulate users, passwords, and permissions by sending a single HTTP POST request with modified parameters.

Mattermost fails to properly validate the "Show Full Name" option in a few endpoints in Mattermost Boards, allowing a member to get the full name of another user even if the Show Full Name option was disabled. 

Exposure of Sensitive Information vulnerability exist in an undisclosed BIG-IP TMOS shell (tmsh) command which may allow an authenticated attacker with resource administrator role privileges to view sensitive information.   Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

Discourse is an open source community platform. In affected versions any user can create a topic and add arbitrary custom fields to a topic. The severity of this vulnerability depends on what plugins are installed and how the plugins uses topic custom fields. For a default Discourse installation with the default plugins, this vulnerability has no impact. The problem has been patched in the latest version of Discourse. Users are advised to update to version 3.1.1 if they are on the stable branch ... Discourse is an open source community platform. In affected versions any user can create a topic and add arbitrary custom fields to a topic. The severity of this vulnerability depends on what plugins are installed and how the plugins uses topic custom fields. For a default Discourse installation with the default plugins, this vulnerability has no impact. The problem has been patched in the latest version of Discourse. Users are advised to update to version 3.1.1 if they are on the stable branch or 3.2.0.beta2 if they are on the beta branch. Users unable to upgrade should disable any plugins that access topic custom fields.
