apparmor: fix reference count leak in aa_pivotroot()
The aa_pivotroot() function has a reference counting bug in a specific
path. When aa_replace_current_label() returns on success, the function
forgets to decrement the reference count of “target”, which is
increased earlier by build_pivotroot(), causing a reference leak.
Fix it by decreasing the refcount of “target” in that path.

net/sched: fix netdevice reference leaks in attach_default_qdiscs()
In attach_default_qdiscs(), if a dev has multiple queues and queue 0 fails
to attach qdisc because there is no memory in attach_one_default_qdisc().

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
xfrm: fix refcount leak in __xfrm_policy_check()
The issue happens on an error path in __xfrm_policy_check(). When the
fetching process of the object `pols[1]` fails, the function simply
returns 0, forgetting to decrement the reference count of `pols[0]`,
which is incremented earlier by either xfrm_sk_policy_lookup() or
