liboqs is a C-language cryptographic library that provides implementations of post-quantum cryptography algorithms. Multiple secret-dependent branches have been identified in the reference implementation of the HQC key encapsulation mechanism when it is compiled with Clang for optimization levels above -O0 (-O1, -O2, etc). A proof-of-concept local attack exploits this secret-dependent information to recover the entire secret key. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.14.0.

The Memos application, up to version v0.24.3, allows for the embedding of markdown images with arbitrary URLs. When a user views a memo containing such an image, their browser automatically fetches the image URL without explicit user consent or interaction beyond viewing the memo. A flaw was found in the OpenShift console. Several endpoints in the application use the authHandler() and authHandlerWithUser() middleware functions. When the default authentication provider ("openShiftAuth") is set, these functions do not perform any authentication checks, relying instead on the targeted service to handle authentication and authorization. MantisBT is an open source bug tracker. Due to insufficient access-level checks on the Wiki redirection page, any user can reveal private Projects' names, by accessing wiki.php with sequentially incremented IDs. This issue has been addressed in commit `65c44883f` which has been included in release `2.25.8`. Users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade should disable wiki integration ( `$g_wiki_enable = OFF;`).
